In today and Daniel on the service desk ,Tom the tech came out to give some excellent tips they are fantastic .They quickly serviced my saws went over some options and i was out within a hour. From my Kubota BX 22 yrs ago to my Stihl equipment they are on their game. If there were staff to get customer awards this is the place to look!

Bought a brand new Kubota x1100c from Len in sales. He cares about his work and is really professional. I will only go to him from now on because he is a man of his word and cares about his clients. After an unpleasant experience at my local dealership in Sudbury I decided to look elsewhere for Kubota excavator parts. From my first call I knew this was the right place to work with. Jonce in the parts department has been amazing to deal with with prompt and accurate customer service. He got me pricing within 30 minutes of my call when the other place was taking over a week. The price was even better too offsetting the cost of the 4 hour drive down to get the parts. I will definitely be back again!

Extremely happy I made the choice to purchase a Kubota 35 Excavator from Kooy. The Sale Agent Joel, exceeded my expectations and was all about customer satisfaction. One of the quote he said that stuck was anyone can sell a machine but making sure the customer is happy is another. After receiving the excavator, there was a few things I did not like about the hydraulic quick attach. But Joel went above and beyond to make things work for me which I respected. The communication, problem solving, customer service, was always on point. Because of this service I receive from him and his staff, I look forward for more future business with them as long as Joel is my sales guy. Awesome service and great communicators! I had purchased a Kubota subcompact tractor from these good folks back in July 2017. Along with the tractor we bought pretty much all the implements available. Kubota was having some growing pains considering they now own Land Pride. A few hiccups along the way but John Maas was on top of it throughout the process. It took 4-1/2 months before I got all the stuff we had purchased. Absolutely no fault of Kooy Bros. As mentioned, Land Pride is now Kubota. Two great products under one umbrella so admittedly there will be some miscommunication until they get better organized. Knowing Kubota, theyll get it right just as they did will all my purchases. A big thanks goes out to John and the rest of the Kooy Bros staff. Living about 2-1/2 hours from their location will not deter me from purchasing from them again and again. Its worth the drive just for the professional way they treat customers!
